Engineering and Technical Services
OFITG is experienced in providing Technical Subject Matter Expert personnel in support of Program Offices. These individuals are responsible for the creation, approval, and distribution of “Support Handbooks” for the Government, detailing the approved methods, applications, systems, practices, and processes related the areas of their expertise.
Management and Support Services
OFITG is experienced in providing Program Management personnel in support of Program Executive Offices, responsible for acquisition support including; Task descriptions by geographic site, Monthly library report, Library metrics, Administrative Assistants report, Monthly Billing Hours/YTD Billing Hours by geographic site, Monthly Billing Addendum (Overtime), Monthly Expenses/YTD Expenses, Monthly Training Log/YTD Training Log, Government Furnished Equipment/Government Furnished Items, and Planned Coverage Schedules by geographic site.
Administrative and Other Services
OFITG is experienced in providing Administrative personnel in support of Agency Chief Information Officer (CIO) offices, responsible for basic office administrative functions, such as: coordinating work with other offices; scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities; preparing official correspondence; managing filing systems; preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materials; and performing other day-to-day operational matters.
OFITG is experienced in providing skilled Program Management personnel with direct responsibility for management of contractual deliverables, OFITG bears responsibility for as the prime contractor. This includes the management and coordination of resource plans for multiple geographic production sites on a traditional 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. basis as well as 24 7 x 365 days/year. Our Program Management responsibilities include real-time situational awareness of Federal Programs and the methods to communicate status (i.e., Monthly Operations report) as well as standards (documented the processes as a set of authorized Government procedures) for implementation.
OFITG is experienced in providing business continuity services as a prime contractor. Our responsibilities include creating and implementing disaster recovery plans; updating continuity of operations plans, controlling physical tape library inventory and movement, to and from Government facilities and its offsite storage vendor; coordinating with Federal Librarians to schedule, label, and initialize tapes on production systems ensuring quality control inspection processes were completed.
